We’ll send you a mixture of items in every box, normally forming complete outfits. Boxes consist of 2-3 outfits/ 4-8 pieces of clothing, and we’ll send you a new box every time you send your old one back.
Yes! We include a feedback card inside every box. Alternatively, you may email feedback@crewfitter.com with any comments, e.g. “I don't want you to send me plaid shirts” or “I really love this colour and I love that pattern, keep this style coming!”
We include a returns shipping label in each box. Simply re-seal the box with tape, and stick the shipping label over the old one. Ensure that you hide the old shipping label in order to prevent any courier confusion. Upon receipt of your box, we’ll check the items for damage and bill you for anything you’ve kept.
Every box can be tailored exactly to your needs. If you’d like us to send you shirts only, then we’ll do so. Alternatively, if you're seeking a certain colour, pattern or style, we can provide outfits that match these too.
We charge £40 per month. Shipping is included in this fee. Alternatively, you can pre-pay 3 or 6 months upfront in order to cut costs further.
We’ll bill you monthly on the day you made your first payment, e.g. if you subscribed on the 13th March, you’d be billed on the 13th of each month.
Due to our business model, clothes may sometimes be pre-worn. However, all clothing undergoes a chemical cleaning process and quality control screening to make sure that items are like new. Clothing is often sold on to customers & we always have new stock intakes.
If you like to purchase an item, just send back your box without the item(s) and we’ll bill you for it. You’ll pay 30% less than in retail stores because we purchase at wholesale prices and don't put a huge markup on our items.
Nope! We’ll take care of professional cleaning using a chemical process to ensure that items are as clean as the day they left the factory.
We're in the very early stages of our life cycle. We’re going to be making custom boxes, increasing stock levels and we’ re going to roll out a better web interface to help you order more efficiently.
If you damage an item beyond general wear and tear, we’ll bill you for the item at the amount quoted on the price card inside your box. Minor damage (small seam tears, loose stitching etc.) will be billed at a reduced fee (covering the cost of repairs).
If you don't receive your box, please let us know and we’ll investigate and have a new one sent out. All boxes are tracked & insured to prevent losses.
We currently ship to UK post codes only. We’ll be aiming to cover the rest of Europe shortly, but for now we’re sticking to our home soil whilst we grow. Feel free to show your interest by emailing support@crewfitter.com.
If you’d like to cancel your membership, simply visit your profile and click the red ‘Cancel Membership' button (after returning your box). We'll be sorry to see you go but you're welcome back at any time!
